Extremely convenient and quiet little hotel with an outdoor restaurant and amazingly attentive staff. Lots of options, good food. Ideal location on the waterfront, great value and a nice size rooms. And just next door to the golf course, Sotano restaurant downstairs and green point park and stadium. Great choice for trip.

The location is FANTASTIC and incredible, it's short walk to other activities, bay area and the sea and the Mouille Point lighthouse and promenade.

The location is fantastic, directly across from the lighthouse and near the waterfront. The spacious room offered great comfort, and the restaurant provided generous portions of good food. The constant noise from the nearby restaurant and a limited TV package detracted from the experience were nice.

The view over Greenpoint park, golf course and stadium on one side, and Mouille point promenade on the other side was gorgeous. The location is ideal, walking distance to Greenpoint stadium, 5 minutes drive to Victoria & Alfred Waterfron.
I was not impressed with the parking area and rear exit of the hotel, I got the impression that the hotel was cleaned up and upgraded at the front, but at the back they did not do much.

The culinary scene was a highlight, especially with local gems like Sotano just a stone's throw away, serving amazing tapas. Sipping cappuccinos at the bustling terrace was pure bliss, and our spacious room had sweeping views, made mornings magical.
Now, the flipside, my electrical shaver took a walk while I was there. Management just echoed their T&Cs like a chatbot, so keep your goodies locked away. Still, the vibe and local eats kept my spirits high!
