Had a fab time here, but the early morning noise was a bit annoying, eh? Apart from that, the views from my seaview room were spectacular! Chur to the staff for being so welcoming.

The location is fantastic, directly across from the lighthouse and near the waterfront. The spacious room offered great comfort, and the restaurant provided generous portions of good food. the constant noise from the nearby restaurant and a limited TV package detracted from the experience, making it less ideal for a peaceful stay.

The culinary scene was a highlight, especially with local gems like Sotano just a stone's throw away, serving amazing tapas. Sipping cappuccinos at the bustling terrace was pure bliss, and our spacious room had sweeping views that made mornings magical.

Now, the flipside, my electrical shaver took a walk while I was there. Management just echoed their T&Cs like a chatbot, so keep your goodies locked away. Still, the vibe and local eats kept my spirits high!

Cozy stay near Green Point Park

I was charmed by the vibrant atmosphere of the bustling terrace and the scrumptious cappuccino. The spacious rooms were bright and modern, a true delight after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, despite the lovely location, the lack of proper elevator access and a limited TV package were a letdown during our stay, leading to some inconveniences.

The parking situation is an absolute mess!!! It’s located by overflowing dustbins, and entering through the kitchen is less than pleasant!!! The lift is an old service lift, and many rooms could frankly use a significant update!!!

I loved enjoying my mornings with a delicious breakfast while overlooking Green Point Park, and the hotel is just a few steps from the waterfront, making it super convenient for leisurely strolls around the city.

The room overlooked the stunning Green Point Park, but the TV package offered limited channels. Great location for jogging along the beachfront.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar area. The staff once returned my forgotten earphones, and their kindness made me feel valued. I'm coming back for a city break!

We stayed at La Splendida Hotel By Newmark for 4 nights and enjoyed the spacious and clean Double Room Sea View with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach road and a lovely walk to the V&A waterfront. The food at the hotel restaurant was superb, and breakfast was fantastic.

Some areas could use a little sprucing up.
